What we store
Your account links Clerk authentication to a vendor or coordinator profile in our database. We store profile fields, content you create, subscription status, verification state, and technical logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your control
- Update most profile information in account settings.
- Delete or edit your reviews and Booth posts where the product allows.
- Manage notification and alert preferences in the app.
Account deletion requests
To request account closure or deletion of personal information, contact support@vendorchats.com. We will verify your identity and process requests subject to legal retention requirements (billing records, fraud prevention, content licensed to operate the service). Some public content may remain in anonymized or aggregated form.
