Respect for copyright

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Designated agent

Send DMCA notices to support@vendorchats.com with subject line "DMCA Notice". Include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material on Vendor Chats, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notification with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore content unless the complainant seeks a court order.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
